   Új szabály a magyarországi vállalkozások számára

Kötelezõ a kamarai regisztráció a területileg illetékes kereskedelmi és iparikamaránál. A kamari tagság továbbra is csak lehetõség.
A már mûködõ vállalkozásoknál a kötelzõ regisztráció határideje  2012. február 29. !
2012. január 1-jétõl kezdõdõen a cégbejegyzésre kötelezett gazdálkodó szervezet a cégjegyzékbe való bejegyzését, az egyéni vállalkozó pedig a nyilvántartásba vételét követõ öt munkanapon belül köteles a székhelye szerint illetékes területi gazdasági kamaránál a kamarai nyilvántartásba való bejegyzését kérni.
A kamarai törvény szerint gazdálkodó szervezet, azaz regisztrációra kötelezett:
– a gazdasági társaság,
– az egyéni cég,
– az egyesülés,
– az egyes jogi személyek vállalata,
– a leányvállalat,
– a külföldi székhelyõ vállalkozás magyarországi fióktelepe,
– a lakásszövetkezet kivételével a szövetkezet,
– az egyéni vállalkozó.
Lényeges, hogy a kamarai tagság továbbra is önkéntes marad, így a regisztrált vállalkozások nyilvántartásba vételükkel nem válnak kamarai taggá.
A kötelezõ regisztráció alól a törvény nem ad felmentést azoknak a gazdálkodó szervezeteknek, akik valamilyen szakmai kamarák tagjai. Számukra akár a kötelezõ kettõs kamarai nyilvántartás is fennállhat.
Nem kell bejelentkeznie a kamarába a mezõgazdasági tevékenységet fõtevékenységként végzõ szervezeteknek és az õstermelõknek. Ezeket a vállalkozásokat várhatóan az agrárkamara fogja nyilvántartani, azonban az agrárkamara egyelõre kötelezõ nyilvántartást nem vezet.
A már mûködõ vállalkozások 2012. január 1-jétõl számított 60 napon belül kötelesek kamarai nyilvántartásba vételüket kezdeményezni
A kamarai közfeladatok ellátásához minden, a fentiekben felsorolt gazdálkodó szervezet köteles kamarai hozzájárulást fizetni. A hozzájárulás összege évi 5000 forint, amit az a vállalkozás, amely tagja a kamarának, a kamarai tagdíjból levonhat.
A kamarai hozzájárulást a tárgyév március 31-ig kell megfizetni a kamarai nyilvántartást vezetõ területi kamarának, azaz elõször 2012. március 31-ig. A meg nem fizetett kamarai hozzájárulás köztartozásnak minõsül és azt az állami adóhatóság adók módjára hajtja be.
Regisztrációt postai uton a letölthetõ nyomtatvány beküldésével, vagy online a területileg illetékes kamara weboldalán találják meg.

International Conference The Future of Education

We would like to inform you that due to the high interest in the conference we have postponed the deadline for the presentation of the abstracts for the International Conference “The Future of Education” which will take place in Florence, (Italy), on 7 – 8 June 2012.

The objective of the conference is to promote the sharing of good practice and transnational cooperation in the field of innovation for Education. The conference is also an excellent opportunity for the presentation of previous and current projects in the educational field.

The Call for Papers is addressed to teachers and experts as well as to coordinators of educational projects and initiatives.

We would like to encourage you to submit an abstract of a paper to present during the conference. The abstract should be written in English (150 — 500 words) and sent via e-mail to *protected email* later than 30 January 2012. The European Academy of Yuste Foundation makes public the call for nominations for the ‘Charles V European Award’ 2012, whose aim is to reward those persons who, through their effort and dedication, have contributed to a ‘better knowledge and dissemination of the cultural and historical values of Europe, and/or to the unification of the European Union’.

Candidates to the ‘Charles V European Award’ 2012, who should be nationals of any European country, may be nominated by any European institution, public entity, university, or cultural, scientific or socio-economic body. REGISTRATION OPEN: ENCATC and the Kent University officially launch the 2^nd edition of the International Arts Professionals Summer School, 2–6 July Brussels

On the 31^st of January, ENCATC and the University of Kent have officially launched the opening of the registration for the second edition of the International Arts Professionals Summer School, taking place in Brussels next 2 – 6 July 2012.

The International Arts Professionals Summer School is a joint initiative of ENCATC and its member the University of Kent and it represents an intense learning opportunity for arts and cultural managers seeking to professionalize their career and expand their knowledge, expertise and contacts in the field of arts management.

Following feedback from the last year Summer School, this year’s event will include once more real Brussels insiders willing to share their knowledge and experience from their time in Europe’s capital. Summer School speakers include also a considerable number of international experts from Europe invited to address the topical issues at stake in the cultural management field through a mix of lectures, presentations, workshops, discussions, case studies and practical exercises.

Our Summer School this year will include the following key themes: Europe and regions funding for arts and culture; Cultural Diplomacy and working internationally in the arts; Fundraising and strategies for arts insitutions; Mapping and measuring culture: old and new indicators; Leadership in arts and cultural organisations; Evaluating cultural and arts projects: models and practice; Innovation in audience development and engagement.

The Summer School Programme is designed to engage participants with innovative theories and practices in cultural management and to offer new directions as well as practical examples for their work and professional development. With the aim of widening the networking and partnership opportunities amongst the arts professionals, participants will also be invited to attend various cultural activities during the Summer School, which will include an encounter with the Director of Bozar, the most important centre in the cultural life of the Belgian capital.

In order to ensure a high level of debates and interaction, preference will be given to participants with a minimum of three years experience in the cultural and creative sector (although the participation of postgraduate and PhD students might be considered).

Whether you are working with an arts organisation or you are leading a cultural project or event, the International Arts Professionals Summer School will provide you with a sound knowledge-base and will help you to direct and support your professional development in this field.
