Archeology — Benedictine Abbeys in Somogy, Hungary

Recently we  have trans­lated the sum­mary of the sources and results of the arche­o­log­i­cal research of Bene­dic­tine Abbeys in Som­ogy County in Hun­gary. The Abbeys were estab­lished in the 11th — 13th cen­tury and their ruins have been exca­vated and sci­en­tif­i­cally pre­sented.  The book will be pub­lished in the early 2011.

Most fejeztük be a Som­o­gyi bencés apát­sá­gok és tem­plomokról szóló régészeti tanul­mány össze­foglalásá­nak angol nyelvi fordítását. Az apát­sá­gokat, bencés tula­j­donokat a XI.-XIII.században alapí­tot­ták. A régészeti feltárá­sokról szóló könyv várhatóan 2011 közepére kerül kiadásra.  A mag­yar és angol nyelvi össze­foglalót itt olvashatják el.

Global Invest­ment Per­for­mance Stan­dard i.e. GIPS ® is a pass­port to mar­ket invest­ment man­age­ment ser­vices glob­ally.  It is  a set of stan­dard­ized, industry-wide eth­i­cal prin­ci­ples that pro­vide invest­ment firms with guid­ance on how to cal­cu­late and report their invest­ment results to prospec­tive clients. GIPS was first launched in 1999 cre­ated and still admin­is­tered by CFA Insti­tute, and today organ­i­sa­tions in  32 coun­tries spon­sors and pro­mote the stan­dards.  Being com­pli­ant to GIPSs the prospec­tive investors, but also the invest­ment organ­i­sa­tion itself can have chance for  bet­ter view and reli­able com­par­isaton of on the per­for­mance and expected returns on  invesst­ments.
